Stucco installation and repair
Homes
age, move and flex with the seasons and take most of the damage over
years. You cannot always see what is going on and this can become
catastrophic. Cracks and damaged stucco will lead to much worst damage
and let termites find ways into the home. Cracks let water in to soften
and damage the wood, allowing termites to eat that wood creating a
home for them.
Paint
Much like
stucco, the paint of a home can only take so much. Over time the paint
will fade, crack and peel. If you have an HOA you understand how this
goes with needing to get this done in order to keep the community
looking uniform under the CC&Rs. Who wants to have a faded and dated-looking home anyhow? Interior and exterior paint repairs and changes are done to keep you enjoying your living room, kitchen, bedroom, or backyard
wall. Contact us for quotes.
Drywall Installation
and repair
The drywall is soft and brittle making it easy to damage. Maybe
you had a plumbing repair or other upgrades to the home and need the
walls redone.
Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) is the use of various technologies to control the temperature, humidity, and purity of the air in an enclosed space. Its goal is to provide thermal comfort and acceptable indoor air quality. HVAC system design is a subdiscipline of mechanical engineering, based on the principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer. "Refrigeration" is sometimes added to the field's abbreviation as HVAC&R or HVACR, or "ventilation" is dropped, as in HACR (as in the designation of HACR-rated circuit breakers). HVAC is an important part of residential structures such as single-family homes, apartment buildings, hotels, and senior living facilities; medium to large industrial and office buildings such as skyscrapers and hospitals; vehicles such as cars, trains, airplanes, ships, and submarines; and in marine environments, where safe and healthy building conditions are regulated with respect to temperature and humidity, using fresh air from outdoors. Ventilating or ventilation (the "V" in HVAC) is the process of exchanging or replacing air in any space to provide high indoor air quality which involves temperature control, oxygen replenishment, and removal of moisture, odors, smoke, heat, dust, airborne bacteria, carbon dioxide, and other gases. Ventilation removes unpleasant smells and excessive moisture, introduces outside air, keeps interior building air circulating, and prevents stagnation of the interior air. Methods for ventilating a building are divided into mechanical/forced and natural types.

Landscaping and Turf
Landscaping refers to any activity that modifies the visible features of an area of land, including the following:
Living elements, such as flora or fauna; or what is commonly called gardening, the art and craft of growing plants with a goal of creating a beauty within the landscape.
Natural abiotic elements, such as landforms, terrain shape, and elevation, or bodies of water.
Abstract elements, such as the weather and lighting conditions.
Landscaping requires a certain understanding of horticulture and artistic design but is not limited to plants and horticulture. Sculpting land to enhance usability (patio, walkways, ponds, water features) are also example of landscaping being used. When intended as purely an aesthetic change, the term Ornamental Landscaping is used.
Often, designers refer to landscaping as an extension of rooms in your house (each one has a function). Outdoor spaces have a vast amount of flexibility as far as materials and function. It is often said the only limitation to outdoor space is one’s imagination.
